That is exactly what happened with the tea parties-----Americans of all persuasions, fed up with the trillions now approaching zillions of dollars in present and future debt, know that their taxes will rise at all levels.

There were 260k protesters nationwide. That's the size of a small city in the US of which we have over 500. The war protests numbered in the millions by comparison. And we considered that turnout to be small. Most of the teabagging events sputtered into nothingness. Sorry but we were not impressed.
