if they all were to heed faber's advice, where would 8-15 million people go, in one fell swoop?? regardless. he is mistaken if he thinks a few of his friends will find themselves hidden in the sea of faces called asia. very mistaken. and secondly, shadows his advice as coming from one who is a very willing ex-patriot with a right of return to switzerland, should his wanderlust ever come to an end, but shows no realism for those who truely know what it means and can mean to be of the hunted, the unwilliing country-less, or the innocent focus of an arbitrarily unleashed mob rage.... be that the cultural revolution or the night of broken glass in germany etc.
one could, of course, when looking for demons in this debacle, start going down an arbitrary list, say, beginning with Enron and Pets.com including their ceo's, juniors, and the beatitude of big name analysts who promoted them, to the present day, and find, few Jews. Which begs the question, though he may be well meant, and has, as he says, dear jewish friends, why not warn his non jewish friends given the bountiful assignats of blame that might be assigned to the Gentile persuasion. What is mr. faber thinking, in writing what he wrote? He doesn't explicate it to any degree, while setting up his warning. An otherwise notoriously studious man, is in this case, strangely off the cuff in this instance. But, once more, another bizarre turn, in the on going debacle."
