BO is a waste of space.

He finds it easier to release sensitive classified material that played a role in thwarting terrorism on American soil than in releasing his own college and law school transcripts.

Only difference I can see is that he'd be embarrassed about the latter but could proclaim lack of responsibility for the former, even if he was over 3 months old.
