one pure blood one vote, one 'qualified' blood one vote, apportioned vote by 'blood' composition, or what?
and would the then agreed principle be justly applied to
all 'home lands'?
also, given that nz is socialist relative to hk, recognized
so by neutral and slightly to the right arbitration
authority, and judged to be less free, should nz.ders be
liberated from their tax surfdom by hk kid.scouts and
universally recognized to be correct?
