Yup, sometimes I just love making rumors. If I were running the show, this would be a done deal. The fact that insiders were bailing 2 months ago makes me think that negotiations must be early. ENCD's move to release more shares a couple of months ago makes me think they were setting the stage for negotiations, or a secondary (for sale after the aquisition). I bet they are just underway now, right after the Q3 results. Everyone does realize that this is TOTAL speculation, but the shoe does fit... -David
