Claude I know exactly what the libertarian philosophy is. I was involved in the most democratic forms of community organizing for almost 30 years e.g. local emergency medical boards, city councils, etc, where people try to figure out how govern themselves.

I found out two things, one most people make decisions from their own persepctive and two we are all sort of nuts at best and poor thinkers at worst.

I think it is very hard for the human species to govern themselves. Listen to these two women answer questions. Notice how they ramble:

They almost unable to compose a coherent thought. This is what we humans are dealing with.
