Just picked up this reference to a new case filed against Jamie Foxx.... I lol'ed because it seems that no matter what body part is injured, it is always integral to some future career the person probably had no chance of entering before the accident:

Premises liability. Plaintiff was working as a bartender at a party at the China Grill sponsored by defendants. He slipped on ice near an "ice bar" and hit his hip as he fell. His left hand was sliced by broken glass. He was forced to abandoned a planned career as a brain surgeon.
