It's unfortunate that Dexter's wife has been battling a disease for the last 4 years. She just had surgery Monday to remove a tumor that was putting pressure on her optic nerve. I was told the operation was successful. The recovery is slow and she is still in the hospital. That's why the 10-K was not filed on time. It'll get done soon I hope and I share your frustration. They need to hire more help so things get done if Dexter is going to be out often because of his wife's health. When he's back on the job I'm going to suggest that.
