Pakistan case has green light. Former colonies of defunct empires left countries with maps badly redrawn, thus causing mayhem for the past 60 years+. The Brits, instead of cracking down on the cultural aspects of their colonies, (casye systems Sharia laws) respecte them. They did that because they didn't want to spread civilization. They wanted the locals to feel at ease -not under pressure to change their medieval ways- so that they could plunder com gusto to feed Industrial Revolution. Now their medieval guys are still there!!! Compare with Portuguese who sent in the Jesuits and taught the monkeys how to talk..
