Today Charles goes before federal court to be sentenced. I hope the judge is pissed about the prosecution not complying with his order. The judge had ordered the prosecutor to produce a written statement of exactly what our current federal policy is about medical marijuana. Instead of a written statement of exactly what our current policy is, the AG of the United States issued a statement that Charles Lynch was guilty of violating state law. No trial, No evidence presented. No testimony. No defense. Charles Lynch is in federal court because state law couldn't be applied against him. Hopefully the judge will see it this way also.
