It would take speculation or an upgrade for PC DOCS to hit 10 in a month. The earnings just aren't there yet and I didn't hear any earnings predictions in the conference call that would move the stock up that far.

I think the earnings potential will grow dramatically with the CyberDocs 2.0 release because this product will connect everyday desktop applications and files like Word and Excel to the Internet. That's a very compelling reason to purchase PC DOCS. Also, organizations will no longer have to choose upfront whether to use client-server or a web-based system because PC DOCS product will operate on both platforms. During 1997, this client-server vs. web decision caused purchasing managers to delay document management purchases resulting in an earnings slump among document management companies.
