Looking at the FPU buyout this morning:

Under the deal, shareholders of Florida Public will receive 0.405 shares of Chesapeake common stock for each Florida share.

I sold my 400 FPU this morning @ 11.90, giving CPK a value of roughly $29.75. CPK is currently $28.87.

I would get 162 shares of CPK in the deal.

400 shares FPU dividend = $188
162 shares CPK dividend = $197.64

Bought 250 shares WR @ $17.20. Dividend = $300

Sell 400 @ 11.90 = $4760
Buy 250 @ $17.20 = $4300. +$440 after commissions.

Seems like a deal. At least today. lol!
