Can someone please tell us how U. S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano got her job? She's a prominent Dem politician and served as governor of a border state. Looks like with her appointment as secretary of HS she may have finally advanced up to her level of incompetence. Here is another less than admirable episode from her past: In 1991 ....
