john a My main question is what would the share structure be with pdg,bgo,azs on the aldebaran property? pdg provides cash and bgo, azs give what in return for pdg owning 51%. Is it pdg(51%),bgo(24%),azs(25%) of the aldebaran property. with bgo also owning a portion of the azs shares as it presently does. regards gmweber
