The new version is likely to maintain SoftQuad's leading position." PC Advisor, November 1997 "...the best all-round site builder money can buy...has to be one of the best engineered products - in any category we've seen this year" ...SoftQuad's HoTMetaL news release(s) and print advertising will have an innocuous effect pursuant to their theoretical intent, at best, and more of a reflection that SoftQuad's marketing is ludicrously negligent contrary to their opinion pursuant to their annual report presentation. Again, for the same print costs SoftQuad could have elevated perceived value, competitive advantages, product differentiation, brand equity, etc. by orders of magnitude. SoftQuad's alleged avoidable marketing incompetence now, and again, has incurred nothing more than priceless and irreversible lost opportunity costs and shareholder value destruction, in our opinion.
