Look what happens when the 14,3,3 on your chart turns up from just above the 50 level after having been above the 80 level, patron.

That's what Jeff on SI used to call "anti-venom".

It also suggests URE will approach $4.50

Check the rise from the Dec. 4.15 low and the early April 2.60 low for a reference.

You would want to be long and strong URE or IYR when you see this.
