Well, it is almost funny. But not really.

What is interesting is that more than ANY OTHER FACTOR, the Clinton administration's refusal to treat terrorists as enemies (preferring instead to treat them like bank robbers) is directly responsible for 9/11. There is no disagreement about this from those who are knowledgeable about the subject.
