Mongolians could be offered each 1 x free USA tradable citizenship in exchange for USA eminent domain over Mongolia with Mongolia joining Alaska's statehood - Alaskans might get grumpy at the dilution of their impost on the southern compatriots but they would gain all those resources in Mongolia not to mention easy access to supersonic [yet to be built] rail links to Europe and down through Asia. Maybe Manchuria, North and South Korea would like to do likewise, perhaps forming another couple of states. Having the USA and NATO extend into northern Asia should be fun. Mqurice
