Brad, Asia needs speculators to experience risk of downside, currently experiencing risk of upside.. meaning intervention of large players who intimate support or counter threat. So long as there is no risk to making money by being short, then it will go down. At some point (which is what I'm looking for), the fundamental prices get heavily oversold (not just the bollinger band stuff)... When the fundamentals are oversold, usually in the thick of pesismism and dire predictions, then the shorts become vulnerable to a concerted counter move. Hard to say who the actual players will be this time, but I suspect China wants to play the role of Asian Allen Greenspan this time around. These concerted moves happened with Japan currency, with pound trading, with gold, with most markets.. even Soros got his butt kicked once.
