if no smoking terror gun, no matter---we dont do torture. end story. What this sorry episode should tell us is how our leaders particularly clinton and pre-9/11 bush let us down in not infiltrating or otherwise learning more about our enemy. But now we know about them and the decision on torture should be moot for now. Lets not let our guard down again so we never have to torture to find out organizational details.
