I talked to a lady today whose son needs a shot of penicillin
once a month. Dr. won't give it since there might be a reaction so she takes him to the hospital.They give him the shot, waits 10 minutes and leaves. Been doing that for several years and the cost was $10. The hospital now won't give out patients shots so they do the paperwork, he puts on a gown and gets into a bed, gets the shot, waits 10 minutes, gets dressed and leaves. Cost is now $945 for the $10 shot.
