isnt bg a more solid buy? werent fertilizer profits severely affected by the sharp increase in energy costs? wont fertilizer come back strong over time? I cant help but think population is going to expand, as the us declines and asia expands in importance more people are going to be spending more money on food. OT the whole episode with BAC and Paulson and Bernake is very disturbing to say the least. There really has to be a special prosecutor appointed into the feds and treas. shenanigans over the past year. Geithner and Bernake should both resign immediately as should the entire congressional banking commitees. There has been extreme and persistant regulatory failure of the banking system. There is just no getting around this.
