As for waterboarding, heck, even here in Texas we send people to jail for waterboarding......even a sheriff and his deputies but did Bush's henchmen mention this in the legal briefs they issued to defend waterboarding. npr.org Every thing this nation has stood for, lo the nearly 300 hundreds, has been our justice system...a system that Bush threw away like a piece of paper blowing in a west Texas windstorm. Read Jan Gross' book..Neighbors: The Destruction of the Jewish Community in Jedwabne, Poland. And the loonies here on SI who think 'they' will be spared the same fate as the Jewish residents of this Polish town when our justice system is cast aside and in the hands of Bushite's. When the tables are turned on them, they will wish that their punishment was only waterboarding.
