Sure I did.

That's exactly what I was commenting on.

The word "invitation" was in the HEADLINE from an EDITORIAL. (Not in any actual news article. Was not an actual quote from ANYONE in the administration....)

But there has been no 'invitation to prosecution'. As a matter of fact, the administration's position is that they remain opposed to that.

You need to learn to distinguish between editorial opinion pieces and actual reporting. There is a difference.... :-)
