The problem with Pine Ridge is it's the middle of nowhere with nothing to do but drink and bitch about Wounded Knee. Best thing we could do for them is kick them all off the res and close the thing. At least growing up in a city there is opportunity around you. I think unemployment at Pine Ridge is north of 80% and alcoholism is about the same.
