(And, why the Hell would they need to "invite" anyone anyway? And WHO is it exactly that they would "invite"????? The executive branch has the role of prosecution. If they want to prosecute they just start the investigation and then bring federal charges - that is their role. No need to "invite" anyone. LOL!)
