Oh oh Joe, I can feel the euphoria coming over me! Some time back you asked if there were any value stocks left and I mentioned Optima Petroleum, then at less than $1.50. Today a buyout proposal at $3.25. My largest holding of an individual stock. With the Dow dropping over 200 I get the news that my long is UP! Is there such a thing as an over-the-counter depressant?
