In an earthquake-zone homes built with bricks (hollow blocks), mortar and concrete all collapse into rubble as in Mexico City or L'Aquila Italy. Better to build your home with wood which remains unharmed after each quake. Some say, we have no earthquakes here. Then one day they are surprised by rubble. .
