Bob,

It will be interesting when those who purchase shares of Peerless realize that
the business opportunities are going to PCPI. It appears that PCPI has already
begun to receive the majority of the significant laser printer contracts. This
may suggest Peerless will quickly be a "short", and that the money which otherwise
might have found itself there, will ultimately end up in PCPI. This seems an
exciting time and opportunity for PCPI.
