James/koan, It is good to have koan here - if he leaves the rest of his looney left agenda aside. He presents the view point of the far looney left on the CO2 agenda. Any hope of achieving rational policy requires that the nut case orientation be displayed and analyzed. The whole country desperately needs to understand this issue - including our ignorant president - if there is any hope of avoiding an economic train wreck. BTW - koan has severe conflicts of interest. He is a resource stock investor. He works politically to create shortages and invests to profit from the shortages he helps create. That needs to be known as we proceed. Bob
