I had missed the CN piece on rail for the oil sands guys. Had previously noticed Connachers chart on the possibility, but did not realize that it was actually being seriously considered by the haulers. connacheroil.com (see chart 32) CLL remains a core holding for me as I pretty much agree with all of your resource themes here.
