Lenin and his original old Bolshies at least had the excuse that their socialist and communist ideologies back in their day were new and untried. By now, we all know only too well that collectivism doesn't work, and that it inevitably degrades into state terror against the population. How stupid - and/or arrogant - must be those who still insist that a few "smart" bosses on top can figure out what's best for everyone!
