Dealer, we have the bread pudding receipt from the famous Bon Ton Restaurant in New Orleans. We were regulars there back in the time. The owner loved Mrs. RR. Brings back memories. Anyways, it's always served at our family events!

Well, the real way to eat the crawdads is to put napkins under each elbow, then NEVER lift your elbows until you are finished eating them, the corn, potatoes, and beer.... all done by the wrist! Ah, yes, and the juice runs down the forearms. That's why you put a bunch of napkins under each! (g)
