Of course not and I want government out of most things. The only point I was trying to make is that ALL government is not bad. Those on this thread seem to want all government to go away and I was only making a point that we are all socialist to some degree. Some are willing to admit that - others are not.

In the news today is swine flu. You watch what people will demand from our government should we have a real outbreak of something nasty. And I'll bet you will be the first to run to the health department for a flu shot for your children should that happens. Because I want my kids to be safe doesn't mean for a second that I want government to be building cars or running banks!
