Thanks - that would not be surprising.

But let's think about this for a minute. If you were the proverbial Big Buyer and wanted to try to acquire a large amount of a thinly traded OTCBB stock like CYIO, which of these things would you be more likely to do?

1. Tell the amateurish IR firm to tell all their small-investor contacts that you intend to buy a lot of stock, thereby inducing them to buy the stock. This increases the stock price so that you, the Big Buyer, will be able to pay more to acquire yours.

2. Quietly put your market maker on the bid and scoop up all the shares that impatient small investors are willing to sell to you.

Anyone who can answer this question correctly will also understand that the Rockport guys are bullsh!t artists.
