absolutely agree. the main and visible hit was on commercial real estate, perhaps by 50-70% in cases where owners had to sell, and many had to sell.

the swine flu may be blown out of proportion by the media, and if so, opportunities could be; but

otoh, the swine flu may be poopoo-ed and presented as immaterial by same media, inn which case a misunderstanding of the risk may be, making the eventual realization of ddireess that much more energetic.
