When I asked you about torturing US citizens you said "Not as a matter of course." OK. Does that mean not for a traffic violation? Not for raising pot? Not for burglary? Not for murder? Not for domestic terrorism? Not for political demonstrations? Prostitution? What exactly is a "matter of course" or not a "matter of course"? Have you thought this through? You are so certain of your convictions you must know precisely what you meant.
