A Blue Angels Air Show operation and their exceptional air work is one thing versus an Air Force One "quasi low level fly by".

People go to a specific airport or city location to watch skilled Blue Angel pilots conducting low level aerobatics during air shows i.e. the San Francisco Bay.

A B747, painted in Obama colors and doing a quasi low level fly by with an F16 monitor flight, is totally different and quite honestly, not worth the price of admission.

Air Force One operations are given special treatment and increased air separation (space)) from any other aircraft. Whatever they ask for is considered a "demand" and is approved by the FAA - unlike a typical airliner operation.

It is not unusual for entire portions of an airport to be closed to other aircraft by order of the Secret Service. To their credit, the Secret Service is mindful of the daily issues and constraints faced by ATC. That said, the wishes of the POTUS dominate overall thinking in terms of the current flight operation.
