I never suggested the Executive Branch makes laws. I have mentioned several entities that have considered waterboarding with respect to the law prior too and during the time it was used and none found it to be in violation of the laws on torture: DOJ, Congress, etc. All of which are authorities entitled to rule on such things. In some cases their consideration was irresolute, in others it was clearly approving the practice as legal under our law.

How do you feel about Extraordinary Rendition, the brain child of Save the planet Al and authorized by Mrs Clinton's squeeze?
