IF the Obama Administration (or any other one in the future) decides to play politics with policy judgements of the previous Adm, and they are proven to be wrong and have needlessly put a blot on the people that they have charged, then that Administration should have to pay the legal bills for all mischarged, and for all the lost and wasted taxpayer money.
