Just now starting to look into corp bonds. Don't know very much about them, but will learn. A very savvy friend who posts on SI and was a broker on Wall Street for years is giving me great advice and has himself decided that bonds are the safest and most lucrative option. Believes (hopes) that inflation will not occur and has been investing in them for awhile with great results. He went into a long dissertation about bonds with me and my husband on the phone last night. We talked for over 1 1/2 hours. Lots to absorb and take into consideration. .
