You might be right...I am starting to cover some short positions (YHOO, RMBS, ETEC, etc) and am thinking about going long in some of the sectors that have been absolutely annihilated (WDC, RDRT, APM). But, I might wait until the end of this week--these jitters are also coming from mutual funds who are pruning their portfolios (pre Oct 31 for IRS purposes) and locking in gains in a market that had really gotten ahead of itself.
