Iraq's oil production in big trouble.... (Reserves also most likely greatly OVER-stated... OPEC members lied about reserves to get and keep larger quotas within the cartel. There is not any reduction in declared 'reserves' to account for normal depletion of the fields... it is a game of 'liar's poker'. <g>) Political agreement over division of oil income remains illusive... resources law not close to being passed.
