If I was in charge, and this thing gets much worse, faster and faster and more and more outbreaks.. I would urge people to just stay home and "be calm" there.. Shut the schools, universities, large gatherings and unessential commerce down, etc... I bet it would die out in a few weeks.. Probably the earlier pandemics went on and on was because of the lack of instant communication. People would unknowingly contact it from "foreign sources" because they didn't know it existed over there or in the neighboring village, whatever.. Now it's all different.. It would peter out fast with limited contact in my uneducated opinion..Faster than a SAFE vaccination could be developed
