San Diego is colder than expected. I get to meet people across the country in a business forum today. The Ohio contingent is talking how they are in trouble. Cali here is full of white beggars and foreign born workers. I have never seen that before in all my travels. Gold is down in the early market. To me, it is trading in the range. The SDS trade is profitable due to the swine flu. The market seems content to base for a while. C and BAC need more capital. It looks like JPM and WFC will not. I traded concert tickets for liquor. It seems the barter economy is back.
