I am absolutely against torture period, and have stated that repeatedly, which is irrelevant wrt the claim that Bush lied or broke the law.
I am against Americans giving international law jurisdiction over American law.

Inapplicable comparison. Speed limit laws are for public safety. Driving isn't a win/lose competition where speed limit laws even the playing field. Driving isn't a fight to defeat or eliminate enemies.
If you want nice, fair, and equitable you must eliminate brutality, tyranny, oppression, and war. When you have done that, I will serve in your kingdom. However, when there is oppressive tyranny, greedy corrupt brutality, and terrorist conduct in the world, and you oppose those who take a stand against it, I will not support you. |
