I don't know but by math it looks like the dudes at mamo are getting a good deal on the backs of the ANMR stockholders. If one assumes that the ANMR .25 price holds and MAMO current price of .75 holds it sure seems that after the 1:10 reverse split where ANMR is now $2.50 that a holder of a share of MAMO at .75 gets a .4 share of ANMR that's worth $1. How come the holders of a company, (MAMO), that's on the verge of being bankrupt gets a 33% premimum for their part in the merger?

Anyone have a different take on this? I don't see where voting yes with my shares gets me anything. Why not let MAMO go bankrupt and pick it up for 10 or 20 cents on the dollar or could it be that there might really be that conflict of interest that the proxie package alludes to is there, with Jack and his friends being on both boards? Just some thoughts.

Michael
