Turning FL into a giant theme park would be good for the tourist environment.

They've tried pretty hard to do that. But there is also the beach crowd.

But drilling is good for fish, coral and sea creatures.

Listen you know as well as I know that they have been sinking stuff to make artificial reefs forever. There is nothing special about oil rigs except all the crap, oil and the other stuff, that gets dumped in the water.
