Greetings from Howie. Paul(TSL) was not there as was the case with most of the directors. Attendees were the other Paul, the CFO, Nasim(sp) the counsel/secretary, an outside scrutineer and my self. Shield is now in advanced discussions with one company. They can not give the name of that company or a time line, but expect the qualifying transaction long before the deadline of July 2010( two years from venture listing). To be fair to Shield and its shareholders(I am a shareholder from the IPO.) I promised to leave it at that. I am satisfied with what I got out of the AGM and will happily wait. Cheers, DT
