It was not illegal....and Bush had legal opinions indicating the protocol advanced by the CIA did not violate any laws...in fact, that protocol is not anything like the "waterboarding" for which people have been prosecuted. Silly pinhead semantic games with no thought to the unintended consequences of such silliness. J.
